This 12-week course is intended to teach intermediate welders to learn how to weld open butt bevel plates and progress into pipe welding. Trainees will learn how to cut, fit and weld the materials in all positions. The course will conclude with introduction to Basic Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW). Trainees have the opportunity to obtain certifications with third party testing.

*** REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Basic Shielded Metal Arc Welding experience from National Welding Academy, high school, post-secondary or documented on the job training.
